The quietness, situation and decor of the appartments
It is too up priced counting that the breakfast and even the towels are not included, and you are suposed to clean the rooms before living. Paying more than 200 euros per night all that should be included.

There wasn't anything I liked there.
I'm very disappointed about this place. I did not stay for the week I booked. The beds in the apartment were comfortless and small. The bed linen of previous guest was on the bed, I had to remove it. The feeling is similar like you were in simply camping.

We loved the peaceful location near the stunning lake, with easy access to water activities. The hotel facilities were well maintained, particularly the sparkling clean swimming pools. We appreciated the ample parking space and the convenient transportation options to the nearby beautiful beaches of this city. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay.
Nothing it is perfect.

Spotlessly clean & in a truly lovely region, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi & sauna - though the jacuzzi ought to be a bit hotter - and thought the residence attractive, well situated and extremely good value for money. We had a studio which meant a single bed in one area & a pull-out divan in the main room; the divan is not particularly comfortable & there is not enough room between divan & window to make the bed properly, so if you ant comfort book a place with separate bedroom, which is not much more expensive. we will definitely go there again. The acceuil & staff were excellent.
Only the divan - a good bed would be worthwhile.

Great pool and waterslide. Lovely little sauna and jacuzzi. Great location. Pleasant staff.
The pathway between the residence and the lake beach & restaurants ran alongside a ditch/gully and open drain but was not lit up at night which resulted in us having a very nasty fall one night. Despite arriving before 12, we were told that we could not check in until 5 in the evening (tho we could use the pool and faciliites in until then). The apartment was absolutely tiny and the bed folded down, literally into the kitchen. It was supposed to be three-bed but the third bed"room" was only a corner in the hall with no doors or privacy between the two. There were no towels provided - were charged 7 euro each to hire towels There was no cleaning service provided, as would be expected in any other holiday complex - cleaning was an extra (very expensive) charge. When we asked to have breakfast included we were told that it would be better to have at one of the restaurants outside the the complex. The mini-spa was lovely but was closed on the day we arrived, which we were not advised of.

We had a great time in this city break accommodation. the apartments were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. the location was fantastic, situated near bike paths and within a short drive to beautiful beaches. the highlight was having access to a nearby lake for swimming.
The wifi was slow and unreliable. there weren't many activities for teens to enjoy at this hotel.

Great stay for a short break! The apartments were simple, but had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quiet surroundings and had a great time exploring the nearby area. The site is easily accessible, situated just a short walk from a beautiful lake and a quick drive to a nearby town with great restaurants. We especially enjoyed the covered pool and found it to be clean and well-maintained. The helpful and flexible staff were a real highlight and made our stay even more comfortable.
The gym equipment could have been better and more up-to-date. It was also a little disappointing that the WiFi wasn't the best, but it was definitely manageable for the short period we were there.

I had a wonderful stay at a peaceful lodge in a great location, similar to a French center parks but with a more tranquil atmosphere. The lodges were exactly as described and depicted - comfortable, clean, and not too close to one another. The swimming pool and playgrounds were excellent, perfect for both kids and adults. The covered pool was quiet and clean, and the villas were well equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and large fridge. Access to the lake was just a 5-minute walk away, and the beautiful beaches of Biscarosse were only a 20-minute drive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value for money in this part of France during the summer.
Although my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The furniture on the terrace was broken, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had two swimming pools, which was great for relaxation and enjoyment. • the studio was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. • We appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, close to amenities and not far from other towns. • the peaceful and quiet environment was very relaxing and allowed us to unwind. • the owners of the hotel were friendly and welcoming.
The lack of shelf space in the bathroom, which made it difficult to store our toiletries. It was inconvenient not to have a larger chopping board in the kitchen, as the small one provided was not sufficient.

The surrounding area around the hotel is just beautiful. Natural scenery and breathtaking beaches are just moments away. Plus, the nearby lake adds to the charm of the place, making it a great spot for a peaceful getaway. the villas themselves are spacious and offer fully equipped kitchens, which is convenient for longer stays.
Some of the amenities are not up to par, maybe because of poor management or lack of funds.

Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.
